About the Job :
In this role you will be responsible for:
Allocate monthly targets, oversee and drive the performance of the sales team with the objective of meeting budgets. Regularly receive feedback about performance of sales teams, through reports from supervisors in different locations, or through a personal visit Negotiate with dealers with high customer footfall for maintaining targeted ratio of company products vis a vis competitor’s products. Based on agreements made regarding costs place claims on principals for contributions Ensure that the sales teams in the various locations in UAE are regularly updated with the information, promotion material, product catalogue etc so that visibility of company products can be maximised and revenue targets met. Plan and allocate manpower for all locations, ensure they are adequately trained about company products, have information about revenue targets to be achieved, assess performance, calculate incentives with the objective of ensuring that the manpower resources is effectively managed and sales effort maximised.
About You:
To be successful in winning this role, you will be able to demonstrate:* Experience in field sales with focus on key account management * Thorough understanding of electronics industry * Proficiency in English is a must while knowledge of spoken Arabic could be a distinct advantage* UAE valid Driving License would be essential.
