- Ensures that store standards are met by providing customers with prompt service, Present products within a friendly, welcoming and clean store environment.
- Welcomes and connects with customers. Determines customer needs and suggests appropriate product, offering demonstrations and samples. Remains focused on customer satisfaction, and thank every customer.
- Follows policy and procedure for operational flow at each station. Follows standards for merchandising, stock rotation and storing of all products, maintaining professional presentation at all times, demonstrating clear communication in all customer and partner interactions.
- Ensures that Products are presented in a manner to generate the utmost eye appeal.
- Responds in a positive manner to customer inquires.
