• Build a superior image for Saatchi & Saatchi and assure a high-caliber creativity.
• Preserve and develop Saatchi & Saatchi brand equity and foster the creativity edge in the advertising business environment .
• Discover, develop and retain quality ideas people and nurture a passionate vision and win attitude to continuously provide creative excellence.

Skills
• Proven proficiency in related activities and in TV commercials development and production.
• Updated with the latest IT and multimedia trends and services.
• Ability to understand people thoughts, feelings and behavior.
• Thrive on seeking novelty, acquiring knowledge and following innovation and change mainly in the movie and music worlds.
• Friendly with Macintosh desktop publishing applications and hardware maintenance with basic production skills.
• Very good command of English, French and Arabic with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to supervise and manage groups.

Education
Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or Advertising
