A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FMCG – electronics multinational as Trade Marketing Assistant has become available.

The Assistant Trade Marketing Manager will contribute to develop and implement the central trade marketing strategy by engaging in a spectrum of activities which are mainly below the line.

The Assistant Manager Trade Marketing reports to the Trade Marketing Manager.

You will work in close co-ordination with the Distributors, Rep offices (KSA, Egypt, Iran) and internal Sales team + Key Account Management + Customer Marketing Team.

. Support in managing BTL activities for all CL categories, working closely on the contents with Customer Marketing Managers on category plans.
. Contribute to create BTL activities aimed at developing engagement with consumers within the store environment.
. Co-operate to manage BTL supplier base & relationship.
. Support the Trade Marketing activities planning & monitoring process.
. Generating market insights to be used for development & planning of the trade Marketing Plan.
. Develop Category Management and shop in shop projects working closely with KAM.
. Coordinate Merchandisers & Promoters management.
. Contribute to develop Generic TM tools & deliverables like POS, catalogues, toolkits, branding guidelines.
. Co-ordinate the implementation of Training function for all CL categories for distributor teams . Work closely with KAM on Key Accounts plans + strategy & activities related to them.
. Focus on NPS to drive performance and simplicity. Follow trends, activities of the competition and initiate necessary market research and take actions.

Requirements
Person Profile To be considered for this role you must have:
A Minimum 2 years of Marketing & Sales experience.
University degree with Business/Strategic Marketing direction.
Good experience with In-store Merchandising (retail, FMCG) and with Marketing Plans execution.
Background in fast moving durable goods (advantageous).
Excellent team player.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Knowledge of Arabic language is considered advantageous
