• Assisting in the development of all Egypt Yellow Pages marketing activities including:
? Setting the marketing objectives, and accordingly building the appropriate advertising strategies.
? Developing and coordinating with the rest of the marketing team in defining and implementing the appropriate marketing mix.
? Working on all Egypt Yellow Pages advertising activities either ATL or BTL (press, TV, outdoors, posters, give-aways, etc…)
? Developing and executing of all EYP print material, i.e. sales brochures, visual aids, …
? Briefing the designing team and working closely with them on all EYP marketing collateral.
? Keep an up-to-date list of all publications, TV stations, outdoors locations we advertise in, and maintaining them to ensure deadlines are respected.
? Ensure receiving the Door-to-Door report from the Call Center department-on monthly basis-to follow up the feedback of various EYP marketing activities.
? Prepare a monthly report that includes all the projects implemented of EYP marketing department throughout the month- to ensure productivity.
? Keep track of all contracts we sign with different publications, agencies, TV stations…
? Developing the appropriate media plan for the different advertising messages.
? Ensure receiving copies from each magazine and/or publication EYP advertise in.
