The key account manager will be responsible for identifying the most lucrative opportunities developing relationships with the Key account Clients and decision makers. The aim of the Key Account person role is to ensure that direct coverage and drive is given to the objective of managing expectations and delivery optimal solutions that fit the requirements. He would be expected to do the following:
1. Team Based Style of Management and Execution of Sales
2. Increase of Recurring Income Generation based on Infrastructure and Product offering and Availability
3. Projects and Solution roll outs that are initiated in Solution for Telecommunication , ICT and Intelligent Building Management Systems
4. Client Relationship Management that is strong and positive , Progressive in a way that generates project and development due to acknowledgement of Core Competency as Telecom and ICT partners
5. Progressive Income Generation on projects and solutions.
6. Maintaining the aura and positioning of the organization to all of its clients and partners.
Key skills required:
* To be able to analyze the account to gain maximum benefit from the KAM plan.
* Writing a KAM plan with a clear mission, objectives, goals, and strategies
* How to gain maximum buy-in from Clients and Alliance Partners
* How to monitor progress, update plans, develop contingency plans and respond to changing circumstances
