Our client is one of the world’s leading Dairy manufacturers. They are looking for a Key Account Supervisor to join their team in Dubai.
As the Key Account Supervisor, your role will be to implement departmental sales and distribution objectives set by the BU Manager and to supervise the day to day sales operation in the assigned area in accordance to set targets, business plans and standards. A large part of the role will be managing the sales force, which will include setting targets and performing monthly and annual reviews as well as taking care of the training and recruitment of the sales team. As the successful candidate you will also be responsible for making sure the distribution and visibility of products is improved, through marketing, promotion and business development.
The successful candidate will have field based experience possibly from a FMCG, Merchandising, sales or retailing environment and a minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management role. You will need to have a Bachelors degree and English language is essential.
