Based in Dubai, reporting to the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing long term marketing strategies and marketing plans for the business in order to build brand equity and market share. You will need to establish and develop policies and procedures, build and develop a team, manage a large budget and take significant responsibility for the face of the business. Ultimately you will be responsible for improving the effectiveness of all marketing activity, and ensuring the overall quality of the work is in line with corporate standards. You will also explore and develop new opportunities for growth including new concepts and new customer relationships to generate revenue growth. This role also has 20% of international travel.
As the ideal candidate, you must be degree educated and have a minimum of 3 years strong marketing and luxury experience. You should also possess strong leadership skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver results. The ability to speak Arabic and French is a distinct advantage.
