Your primary role will be to conduct research in order to assess new opportunities in the real estate business, new markets and present various recommendations to Portfolio Management Director in order to support the business objectives.
We seek candidate with the following experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
§ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Market Assessment or Statistics. Able to carry out statistical analysis proficiently and knowledge of real estate industry and Market Research methodology with an analysis background.
Minimum Experience:
§ At least 2 -3 years in an Urban Planner background and experience in market research with exposure to market research studies and reports preferably in the Real Estate industry.
