* Collect and analyze data by conducting research/benchamark works on existing and new services, segments, areas, countries as and when required by Reporting Head.
* Assist in developing accurate & comprehensive reports with the relevant and reliable information for decision making purposes.
* Aid in developing knowledge of markets, competitors and market segments to monitor and analyze market share in terms of total market and growth
* Assist in assessing the potential impact of new services/ changes of deployment introduced by the competition.
* Support in developing product knowledge & market research techniques and acquire new methodologies to keep abreast with the reapidly developing technology and provide better results and report for analysis.
* Carry out functions and assist in project implementation by efficiently and effectively handling assigned task in area of expertise to expected standards and service in compliance with defined policy and procedures.
