Goals/Mission:
Analyze and consult Siemens Sector Energy in communication topics (e.g. events, press, media activities, film, employee communication) for the Middle East – Create and implement a communications plan for the Divisions of the Sector Energy in the Middle East for all media channels – Analyze market driven communication needs and define appropriate measures together with the partners – Consult and decide with marketing and sales departments which resources and actions are best suited to achieve their objectives – Implementation of communication activities according to communication plan – Full concept and budget responsibility for communication tactics – Incorporate and implement an integrated approach to communications on a global/regional basis – monitor and measure the impact and effectiveness of communication actions as appropriate – Harmonize communication activities with Headquarters in Germany, be an active link between local, regional and global organization

Working Partners/Contacts:
Sector Energy and Divisions – Marketing and Sales Department regional and global

Tasks:
Efficient budget planning for the Communication Activities as well as for single projects – Proactive communication consulting and analyzing the agreed activities – Successful implementation and execution of the communication plan – Achieve plus ratings of the results and the cooperation the Energy Divisions – Achieve plus ratings of the results and the cooperation by the colleagues in the Business Units and the colleagues in the communication team

Knowledge/Languages:
Fluent in English language – Knowledge of German and Arabic is an advantage – MS Windows Applications such as Office – Knowledge of marketing communications and strategic approach to communications – Familiar with the Energy Market from Oil and Gas, to Power Generation, Renewable and Transmission & Distribution – Familiar with the Middle East market, trends, and customs – Knowledge of project management

Experience
More than 5 years of experience in marketing and communication in a multinational cooperation – Possess sales background – Can proof results of planning and execution of communication activities – Previous Experience with a global corporation

Capabilities:
Analytical skills, to analyze and implement the business needs – Writing skills for articles, marketing communication activities – Presentation and conflict management skills – Team lead strength and motivational power – Ability to investigate and understand market developments – Excellent communication, negotiation and consulting skills

Additional Information
