High caliber Marketing & communication Manager to be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives. To evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed. To oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. Management of day to day functions of the marketing department. Formulates marketing and communications strategies based on environmental analysis, market research, competitive analysis and operational availability. Develops communications strategy and key messaging, crisis communications and issues management, reputation management, and executive communications. Responsible for the marketing of company projects and services to the right market whether B2B or B2C. Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company project knowledge. Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives. Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget. To direct marketing staff where budgets are devolved. To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution. To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media. To managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future projects. To develop and implement a company-wide plan to push the Projects, working with all departments for its execution. To analyze potential strategic partner relationships for product lines. Assesses and develops new marketing and communications programs and services. Preserves and enhances the reputation of the company. Sets the organization strategy and oversees internal communications, to include employee communications, and intranet development. Integrates information and strategies with other departmental personnel in an effort to develop a seamless marketing and communications system..
Skills
Approximately 4-6 years of sales experience in the marketing industry. Minimum of 3 years managerial supervisory experience. Experience with Exhibition Organizers company. Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives. A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. A willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. Strong problem solving skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with proven experience in corporate communications and marketing is required. Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred.
