Marketing Communications Executive | MSG Holding Amman, Jordan

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop a communications channels with internal members, and external audiences.
• Create promotional material and work with outside vendors such as graphic designers, printers, photographers to make sure all communications reflect the standards and mission of the customers and society.
• Build relationships between the customers and the MSG technical staff.
• Plan, develop and implement strategy for organizational development (covering particular areas relevant to the organization’s structure, market etc).
• Monitor, Measure & report on organizational development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
• Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary organizational development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
• Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
• Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.

Skills
- Understands the principles of marketing and advertising cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling, cost per response, cost per conversion, etc…
- Appreciates need for consistency within company’s branding and marketing mix.
- Knowledge of printing procedures and requirements.
- Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management.
- Records maintenance skills.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions.
- Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and special events.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
- Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements.
- Ability to make evaluative judgments.
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
- Able to communicate and motivate via written media with presentations skills.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent command of English.
- Computer and presentation skills.

Experience in related filed is a must.

Education
University Degree in related field.
