Our client, one of the most dynamic forces in the media and communications arena and one of the fasting growing companies in the GCC, are looking to recruit a Marketing Communications Manager.
This is an instrumental role within the marketing communications team and will require some with the ability to manage the external communications of all publications and brands with an effective implementation of annual marketing plans. Reporting directly to the Marketing and Events Director, your main responsibilities will include developing appropriate marketing communications campaigns for the company’s subscriptions and information products, directing marketing tactics with a team of marketers, to acquire new customers using the full range of marketing channels and delivering annual customer acquisition and retention targets and producing analysis reports using key metrics. You will have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, be well presented and have the ability to communicate and build rapport with staff.
Requirements
Ideally, this role would suit someone with a Degree in marketing / business or IDM/CIM with five years of relevant marketing experience in campaign planning and implementation, preferably in B2B publishing. A strong understanding of the marketing mix, include direct marketing, online marketing and PR are essential for success in this role as are enthusiasm, commitment and desire to succeed.
