Our client is a notable hotel with global recognition. They are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager – responsible for the hotel’s goal to achieve high quality guest service.
- Planning and monitoring the marketing budget
- Maintaining the company’s database, picture archives and PR material
- Building strong relationships with journalists, institutions, local markets & tour operators
- Building rapport with regular clients & VIP guests during their stay in the hotel
- Organising press conferences, invitations, visits and other PR activities with clients and co-op partners
- At least one years’ experience in a similar Marketing & Communication or PR position
- A degree or relevant professional qualification
- Knowledge of the industry
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken English
- High degree of emotional intelligence
- Can work under pressure
- Open-minded and bursting with ideas about cultural and professional diversity
