The Marketing Coordinator will assist (i) the Sales Department and (ii) the Business Development to develop, promote and implement marketing strategies related to all JCDecaux products.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of marketing plan by establishing sales and pricing strategies, objectives, action plans, schedules, and assignments in coordination with the Sales Director and the MD
• Coordinate with the necessary departments to generate the best sales tools such as Media Kit, Rate Cards, etc.
• Determine client advertising campaign requirements by utilizing product or service knowledge, marketing research, media capabilities and audience characteristics
• Obtain client acceptance by developing campaign strategy, prepares and presents proposals, concepts and designs
• Design rendering and simulations of all new locations and prepares presentations for the clients
• Prepare the Sales presentation
• Prepare the General presentation of our Assets, including but not limited to Street Furniture, Rooftops, Scaffoldings, Flags, Bridges, Buses and Taxis, Malls, Airport
• Implement a traffic study
• Prepare presentation to the Landlord of private buildings
Skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
