Role Summary
Responsible for proposing and assisting the firm in developing relationship with potential clients and implementing selected marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Design and develop marketing materials. E.g. corporate brochure, articling brochure, personal and practice group profiles.
Develop and implement the firm’s public relations program, to include internal and external publications (e.g. newsletters, client alerts, greeting cards, etc.) that enhance public awareness of the firm
Evaluate and implement firm participation in sponsorships and community programs
Coordinate, review, edit and design responses to Request for Proposals
Schedule and coordinate regular meetings of the Business Development Committee and implement initiatives
Monitor various mediums for development in the area
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or in any related Field
Familiarity with the services provided by contracting firms
Understand needs and expectations of clients
Aware of material provided in the market and prices
Ability to communicate with and gain confidence clients and staff
Ability to adapt to and work within the firm’s culture
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Highly organized and ability to work independently
Able to manage multiple projects while prioritizing work assignments
Working knowledge of word processing, desktop publishing, presentations software, database management and spreadsheet applications
