Based in Bahrain the Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts of my “Big 4″ client in Bahrain and Qatar to enhance their reputation, market leadership and to drive growth for the firm.
Reporting directly to the Head of Risk Advisory Services this role is a mixture of both back and front office.
You will:
Develop marketing plans
Prepare marketing budgets
Develop brand-compliant sales/marketing collateral for service lines/offerings
Serve as brand reviewer of all firm marketing materials
Identify and coordinate distribution channels for sales/marketing collateral
Develop the firms advertising strategy
Organize trade shows, press events and external confrences/seminars
Serve as webmaster for both regions web sites
Oversee the maintenance and development of the firm’s CRM system
Collate information and analysis on competitors in the region looking at their services, department structure, pricing and marketing strategy
Prepare monthly/quarterly marketing specific reports
The person:
Bachelors degree in a marketing related field
Hold a professional Marketing qualification or an MBA
Have worked for Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG or Ernst & Young previously
10 years relevant experience, of which 5 years spent at Snr Management Level
Able to structure sales quota goals and revenue expectations
Able to plan marketing strategies, advertising campaigns and PR events
Strong understanding of the accounting and auditing industry
Strong leadership skills and experience of managing a team
