On behalf of one of the world’s largest gold and Jewellery manufacturers we are seeking a Marketing Director to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Job Responsibilities Setup the long-term and short-term marketing strategies for the company that are convenient and suitable to help achieving the overall corporate strategic objectives Prepare the annual budget for the Marketing Division in cooperation with and guidance of the Finance Division. Setup the working programs and procedures for the Marketing Division and ensure that they are effective and convenient to implement the Marketing Division approved work plan and strategies and achieve the approved targets. Develop the performance standards and KPIs for all marketing sub-functions and activities. These KPIs should be in-line with the approved departmental KPIs for the Marketing Division. Promote the company brand name as well as the company’s products and product brands to help increase the company’s market share and profit as stated in the company’s strategic objectives. Assessment of demand in the targeted markets. Manage products segmentation. Facilitation of sales forecast process in cooperation with the Wholesale and Retail Divisions Manage product margin development and manage retail store layout functionality in cooperation with the Retail Division. Participate in evaluating existing products and existing product lines. Participate in the decision to introduce new products or new product lines. Participate and advise on the pricing strategy in cooperation with the Production, Purchasing and Finance departments through analyzing the targeted markets and the level of competition. Manage a creative director and designer team, external sourcing of designs, product development process, communication campaign, catalog design, packaging design, store concept designs, store merchandising, operational marketing programs. Recommend on the product offer strategy and setup the annual promotional and advertisement campaigns plan for both the retail as well as the wholesale divisions in coordination with the GM-Retail and the GM-Wholesale. This plan includes suggested public events or festival which can be sponsored by the company to promote the company name. Advise the CEO and the GM-Retail on the potential opportunities to open new showrooms in Saudi Arabia or even abroad potential new markets for the wholesale whether domestic or international. Supervise all studies related to monitor the market and customer trends . Supervise all studies related to monitor the competitors status (Sales volume, Market share, Prices, Product quality), and advise on possible strategies or actions to deal with this competition. Supervise all studies related to surveying level of customer satisfaction and any customer feedback.

Skills
Requirements B. Sc in Marketing or Business Administration, preferably with am MBA degree in Marketing 10 years overall experience out of which a minimum of 5 years in Marketing with 2 years in a leading marketing role in the Gulf Area. Excellent in both Arabic and English (Reading, writing and conversation).
