The Marketing Directors’ primary role is managing the strategic development of the brand, and its product portfolio along the agreed business priorities for KSA and other GCC countries.
Financially, the role will be responsible for setting and allocating brand targets and managing budgets optimally to meet the overall brand objectives.
Organisationally, the role manages a team of marketing colleagues and drives excellence and professionalism within the marketing department. It will also interface with other marketing staff as well as other departments such as NPD, finance, purchasing, plant and especially sales to ensure distribution targets, market share and shelf visibility.

Candidate should possess:
Minimum of 10 years proven FMCG experience as a Senior Marketing professional
Preferable in the dairy and/or juice category in a multinational, branded, blue-chip company
Experience working in the Arabian peninsula
Proven line-management experience
Knowledge of retail marketing, competition and the ability to convert knowledge into innovative action plans
Experience in 360 degrees AtL and BtL strategies and implementation
Capable of analysing, reviewing, interpretation and presenting detailed commercial and financial information at Board level
Capable of managing multiple cross-functional disciplines
Experience with managing suppliers and negotiating with them
Experience in leading a team
Fluent in English
