· Responsible for the Fan Coil Unit products for the Middle East Region – Product Development, Catalogues, Pricing, Software Development
· Oversee the software development for fan coil unit products liaising with Airside team programmer
· Preparing catalogues and engineering manuals for fan coil units
· Work with the assigned countries to establish product needs, market data, market dynamics.
· Forecasting for the countries and forecasting for fan coil unit products across the region
· Prepare presentations and provide training to sales teams
· Preparing and presenting to customers during seminars
· Resolve promptly all operational issues impacting customer satisfaction.
· In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
· Ensure that all business activities are conducted strictly in accordance with JCI legal and ethics policies, systems and procedures.
