The Senior Executioner needs to have some leadership skills and be able to lead a team of 3 – 5 Junior and Entry Level Executioners. The Senior will work on the more complicated tasks, such as list pulls, and will do more of the advanced analytical work to be assigned to the MSC (Marketing Service Center).
The Senior also needs to have excellent communication skills (in English – required).
They will interface on a daily basis with the subs/clients.
They must have a data background as well as a marketing background.
They will be working a lot in the GMP tools and managing list pulls.
As we onboard advanced services, such as RPS, Analytical Models and the Datacard, they will have the opportunity to play a larger role in analytics.
As a MSC Senior Executioner, you will report into the MSC Marketing Manager as a member of an execution team. You will be primarily responsible for helping your team by:
• Taking business requirements from customers for use in campaign execution using GMP tools
• Transforming those business requirements into tactical GMP execution deliverables (e.g. EMMA list pull, WWE event set up, RegSys profile created, CSTAR campaign setup, PENS email delivery, etc.)
• Performing campaign quality checks on finalized campaigns.
• Senior Executioner specifically works with MSC customers to help them understand what data and tools MSC has as part of its service offerings and how those services can be used in the customer’s campaigns.
• Senior Executioner also works to gather requirements as to what data and or application issues the team faces that need to be resolved with MSC’s technical counterparts.
• Execute basic GMP tool reporting (e.g. EMMA list of counts, PENS email deliverability, WWE invitee vs. attendance, etc.)
Skills
• 3-4 years of practical experience in SQL query language are a must (references required). 4-6 years experience in a database marketing execution/execution management is required.
• BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
• Excellent English language skills required; Arabic and French language skills a plus/preferred.
• The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in database marketing best practices/competencies to include e-mail, direct mail and telemarketing.
• Have solid understanding of the direct marketing project process flow and execution is a must to ensure the ability to successfully manage and execute detailed complex database marketing projects.
• Strong skills using campaign management marketing software (i.e. Epiphany) and PC based applications (specifically Outlook and Excel) are a must.
• HTML e-mail skills and experience working with international/localized content is a big plus.
• Experience utilizing list pull tools (e.g. Epiphany, Unica, etc.) and email delivery tools is required.
