A well organized, self driven marketing executive needed for a Jeddah Office based branding and advertising agency with a portfolio of local and international accounts.
The candidate will act as a link between the client and the Agency, report to the account manager / Director and carry the responsibility for the project management of your clients’ campaigns. He will deal with the day-to-day execution of branding and advertising projects, ensuring that the work is delivered on time and on budget. Act as the link between the client and Agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively. Takes comprehensive briefs from Clients ensuring the information is sufficient and clear for the creative team. Put proposals together and set up meetings to present the ideas and cost estimates to the client. Briefs traffic, production and creative, clearly formulating marketing strategies, assignment details and technical requirements. Oversees the progress of campaigns / projects at hand and ensure that deadlines are met internally and externally. Presents campaign / project plans to clients for approval or modification and follow up delivery of final product. Manages clients’ expectations and ensure timing and accuracy of client’s feedback. Handles budgets and manages campaign costs. Writes contact reports and status updates. Ensure that tasks are handled so that the profitability of accounts is achieved. The right candidate will be provided with training, clear tasks, deliverables, opportunities to work independently, learn and develop in the career.
– Candidate preferably to have 1-2 year’s knowledge of the field.
– A good understanding of marketing and branding.
– Excellent organization and communication skills.
– Time management and attention to detail are essential requirements for this role.
