• Working with marketing director to research and identify new and existing client prospects, and develop and implement outreach strategy.
• Managing online news submissions to news portals and news networks.
• Update corporate and products websites.
• Assisting maintaining corporate portfolio materials in appropriate forms.
• Leading internal communications efforts (notifying employees of media coverage, and general company news).
• Keep on eye on the media says, do the media monitoring with a detailed and professional online search activities.
• Liaising with external public relations firms.
• Conduct online social marketing and viral marketing activities.
• Document meeting minutes, organize internal and external meetings, coordinate for best events management and search for ideal supplies.
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Setting objectives for the department and making sure they are achieved.
• Preparing of department budget and make sure the expenses are within the approved budget.
• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of the Marketing department to develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
• Preparing training plans for the sales and marketing staff.
• Managing all processes relating to CRM, acquisition & retention, customer segmentation, market definition, competitors and market share.
• Directing the daily activities of the marketing team, supporting them in achieving their objectives for sales and profits, and continuously training, evaluating and monitoring their progress toward achieving the Company goals for market leadership, superior customer loyalty and return on investment.
• Collect and analyze the competitors marketing activities to know their plan and their marketing approach.
• Research and analyze data about competitors concerns (Price, Distribution Channels….etc) to know their strength and their market share.
• Participate in developing media activities to achieve the objectives with the minimal cost, time and efforts.
• Develop and initiate new merchandising activities to be delivered to the customer in a more appropriate manner than the competitors.
• Participate in the coordination of outdoor events such as (New Brand or Product, Exhibitions, Marketing Ceremony…etc) for showing the company in the most appropriate manner.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns to assess its ability in achieving their main objectives and take the corrective action from the overall assessment.
• Follow up the stores and improve display method & techniques.
• Follow up with the authorized dealers and improve their display method to keep on good relations with them.
Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
- Minimum 4 – 6 years experience in a professional company.
- Transferable Residence (If not Kuwaiti).
- Valid Kuwait Driving License & Car.
Required Skills: -
Strong leadership and building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing a marketing program. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with at all levels in the organization. Must possess good business management, interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills.
