* Establishes marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
* Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
* Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff, agencies and activities.
* Conduct demographic and other marketing studies to identify trends to maximize effectiveness of marketing efforts; research targeted markets and evaluate marketing strategies to identify potential consumers of products and/or services.
* Recommend appropriate policies regarding pricing, promotion, product and market evaluations and marketing plans.
* Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.
Skills
* Bachelor’s in business administration with a specialization in marketing or integrated marketing communications.
* Experience in cosmetics or FMCG is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
