The Main Purpose of the Role:
• Co-ordinate all Marketing Activities for the unit in coordination with Regional Marketing Dept.
• Develop brand awareness using advertising promotions, Exhibitions, PR and Events
• Develop the product including the packaging in coordination with Regional Marketing Dept.
• Advertise and promote the brand and the product
• Ensure control over the brand image
• Contribute to the growth of the business
The main areas of responsibility:
• Set clear procedures – identifying objectives and needs for marketing opportunity in his country of operation.
• Co-ordinate with external supplier partners, including agencies and research firms
• Monitor market trends and competition activities and propose counter actions
• Monitor the Financial Costs and ensure they are in adherence to the Marketing budget
• Comply and enforce Company Policies and Procedures applicable to Marketing and Branding
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills needed:
• Marketing qualification or at least 5+ years experience in a Senior marketing position
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to review text such as newspaper articles and marketing material
• Creativity
• Leadership
• Management skills
Other requirements:
• Fluency in Arabic
• Marketing experience in KSA
• FMCG experience
