Our Client is a leading Retail Group in the Middle East, seeking a quality Marketing Manager for their esteemed loyalty programme.
The Marketing Manager will develop and implement the loyalty programme’s marketing campaigns, to ensure its continued and growing contribution to the Group’s revenues, profits, market share and brand recognition.
• Develop and implement a marketing promotions calendar and communication plan, based on targets specified on revenue, frequency, Average Transaction Value (ATV), retention rates etc
• Identify and roll out initiatives, to increase revenues from identified segments of the Programme members, such growth of Most Growable Customers (MGC) and to improve retention of Most Valuable Customers (MVC)
• Manage the Programme Marketing promotions budget to ensure maximum efficiencies are derived and that it stays within agreed budget allocations.
• Identify data and direct marketing vendors/ suppliers in the market, analyse costs, negotiate and finalise efficient costs for the organization
• Oversee fulfillment of direct marketing campaigns across all direct media (mail/telephone/email/sms); ensure smooth facilitation with agencies and update the database accordingly for future reference
• Prepare campaign justification documents, Return on Investments (ROI) and break even projections for planned campaigns and circulate to all stakeholders
• Prepare and publish campaign performance reports and ROI analysis for each campaign.
• Archival of all campaign material from brief to creative execution along with cost benefit analyses and performance reports
