The role: Marketing Manager, Saudi Arabia
As the Country Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategy for Saudi Arabia. You will need to set convincing strategies for our key products, accelerating penetration and product usage. You will advocate, communicate and implement strategy to country teams and senior management, working closely with the central and regional PR, Policy and Product teams and project- manage the execution of high impact programs to meet set objectives. You will also work with market insights and quantitative marketing to design and deliver studies and track effectiveness and ROI of marketing programs.
Lead the development of Google’s marketing plans for consumer and business products for the region, and advocate, communicate and implement the strategy working closely with the Google product, sales and PR teams.
Ensure the monitoring of industry and provide local market expertise to the Google team.
Evaluate opportunities and implement impactful creative programs and campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of Google products.
BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
Marketing experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
Experience in the internet, online services/ or media industries and proven ability to deliver outstanding and highly creative marketing achievements with limited budgets.
Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market and understanding of the search, online advertising, or web publishing markets.
Understanding of Google’s strategic and competitive position and thorough knowledge of off/online advertising planning, tracking and reporting.
A proven, successful track record of increasing company revenue and awareness through well-executed marketing efforts.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
