MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Effectively prepare Tourism section marketing plan to ensure all goals are consistently being met.
• Occasionally create and implement new marketing vehicles to maximize Tourism section’s short and long term plans to promote Amman as destination city
• Produce an annual Marketing Planner.
• Develop promotional themes and events material in coordination with events section
• Implement ideas that will be translated into maps, flyers and electronic media.
• Approve brand usages in advertising initiatives created by sponsors.
• Test strategic advertising campaigns utilizing radio, print and other mediums.
• Manage brand identity, create and up date data bases
• Analyze and report the success/effectiveness of targeted advertising campaigns, special events/promotions (radio, city initiatives, etc.).
• Assist with special projects as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Require a Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field.
• Must have at least three years of marketing experience
• Must have two years of supervisory experience.
