KSA Solutions Marketing Manager

General Purpose:
The Solution Marketing Manager will be responsible for providing the overall solution leadership for a theme to ensure business delivery in the market.

Solution Business Leadership Deliverables:
•Lead virtual team (services marketing, OPM, activation and program) on SU level to drive selected solutions deployment and performance.
•Drive the business performance of solutions in the market including all components (device, service).
•Drive solution portfolio for theme on SU level through SU portfolio planning processes to meet local market requirements.
•Provide pricing and positioning inputs as part of overall solution plans (through respective functions). Compile the overall consumer value proposition for the solution and deploy clearly to x-functional team and LSU.
•Drive external focus and lead competitor analysis for the solution (devices and services) to identify market specific opportunities and drive solution fit to markets.
•Drive solution development and deployment on SU level to match local market requirements.
•Constantly engage with LSU marketing heads to provide guidance on solution roll out as well as to incorporate market understanding into solution work.
•Support sell in activities with key customers and support PR activities within region.

Cross-Solutions Portfolio Management: Drives the solutions portfolio planning, including requirements, customization and retention management. Implements the part of the Company Solutions vision

Program Mode: Utilising cross functional team working rather than line working. Driving Multi-functional teams to bring in the right resources as needed to achieve greater business benefit, broader commitment to common targets and efficiency through agreed prioritisation

Commercial Acumen: Applies business insight to marketing decisions to deliver clear measurable brand and business metrics that delivers an optimal return on marketing investment. Develops and implements short and long term marketing plans that supports business targets

Consumer Focus : Understands and applies consumer insight to business processes, guiding activities to begin and end with the consumer in mind. Is on the pulse of both short and long-term consumer needs and behaviors, enabling identification of new business opportunities. Transforms consumer insight usage from formalized, periodic and geographically limited scope towards embedded, 24/7, solution-centered business usage.

Qualification & Experience:
8-10 years experience with exposure to managing a business process end to end including aspects of strategy formulation, business delivery and marketing execution. Experience of team leadership.
