You will be responsible for defining, activating and monitoring the Marketing Strategy and Market Introduction for defined product categories. You are responsible for the Annual Operating Plan for a BU or category including Sales, Profit and Advertising and Promotion budget. Your team<br<The Marketing Manager reports to the Commercial Organization (CO) Leader or the Regional Marketing Director and is the point of aggregation between the category and the distributors by channeling of all communications. You have a close working relation with the regional Marketing Director and the regional category marketing manager, key account managers, trade marketing, demand planning, agencies (ATLBTLPR) and the CO Leader.Your Key areas of Responsibility Market share, sales, profit and AandP responsibility Responsible for local activation 'go to market', marketing strategies and campaigns (AtL, BtL, and PR) Planning, execution and supervision of key product launches (PIP) and marketing activities with the Distributor and Trade Responsible for competitive benchmarking, product selection, pricing strategy (within the constraints of the overall pricing policy) and support campaigns Contribute to annual business planning process with other areas (sales and FandA) in order to create clear goals for the business which reflect marketing priorities Focus on Net Promoter Score to drive performance and simplicity. Follow trends, activities of the competition and initiate necessary market research and take actions
Skills Min. 4 years of Marketing and Sales experience University, MBA, MSC level with Business Strategic Marketing direction Very good experience with Product Market introductions and with Marketing Plans execution Background in Fast moving durable goods (advantageous) Ability to work outside the scope Excellent team player Very good communication and presentation skills Excellent command of written and spoken English Education MBA Marketing
