1. Strategic Planner: Develop marketing plans, launch plans and annual operating plans.
2. Good with figures: Develop weekly and monthly sales brand analysis.
3. Analytical mind: Pre and post analysis of launches and campaigns + monthly marketing analysis of own brands + competitors (SWOT analysis).
4. Advertising knowledge: Day to day dealing with advertising agencies + advertising brief development.
5. Basic research knowledge to deal with research agencies.
6. Creative thinker: Develop activity calendars and related media plans.
7. Financial knowledge: Budget allocation and monthly tracking.
8. Dynamic character: Weekly store checks (+ competition) and develop LSM plans when needed.
9. Strong communication and leadership skills: Ability to lead and manage a team + be a team player with other departments.
10. Regional GCC experience is a plus, especially in KSA.
