Under limited supervision, direct and oversee the autonomous marketing and associated public relations activities of The Company, conduct in-depth research, to enhance the image and profile of the company. Develop and conduct pro-active programs to attract potential key customers in government, private sector as well the community . Develop and implement marketing surveys and strategies and plan, and direct public affairs of the hospital and community outreach programs.
1. Development and execution of brand strategies and plans for launching Services/Expert campaigns. Head the development of the Company’s brand and portfolio strategies.
2. Develop the information base required to effectively position the brand and target profitable consumers.
3. Represent the company in the market, Prepare and execute seasonal services and expertise campaigns, including all POS materials.
4. Establish brand activities in conjunction with suppliers and corporate companies.
5. Extend and create innovative advertising and media mix guidelines. Establish, implement and manage a customer and market driven marketing objectives and strategies.
6. Develop and lead advertising, promotion and media task.
7. Direct and partner with an Ad Agency to ensure innovative and creative message of the brand. Administer and coordinate marketing budget and calendar. Partner proactively with the field.
8.Support the company’s profitability and market share goals by increasing market share and customer loyalty standards.
9. Manage all promotions and advertising efforts within approved budget.
10. Provide innovative and creative solutions to business challenges and opportunities.
11. Source potential marketing opportunities.Determine and direct annual Market research and survey.
Skills
Master’s Degree in Marketing Management with at least 5+ years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. High proficiency in Arabic and English Languages
