Key responsibilities include:
• To develop and deliver the marketing and communications strategy whilst aligning this with the strategic objectives of the business as a whole.
• To develop, build and own the company brand
• The marketing and communications strategy will be supporting products and across the operational aspects of the business including front, middle and back office functions.
• Identify and analyze key audiences for marketing messages amongst key stakeholders including financial participants (Islamic and conventional), regulators, associations etc.
• Support the revenue generating operations with collateral development, and innovative marketing.
• Develop the full suite of marketing collateral to support the phased approach to the business launch.
• Develop performance targets and metrics for assessing marketing success.
• Develop written and presentation materials to create understanding and raise the profile of activities in the GCC region and beyond.
• Develop a schedule of Press and PR activity to support the business objectives.
• Seek speaking opportunities for key personnel to promote activities and multi asset product groups.
• Develop appropriate processes and procedures for the marketing team.
• With the CBO, develop budgets and review process to manage spend and assess marketing success.
Requirements
• Proven creativity and a minimum of five years experience of developing and delivering integrated marketing communication programmes.
• Educated to degree level or proven industry experience.
• Minimum of six years business to business marketing experience within a commercial environment.
• Excellent Knowledge of OTC and exchange-based trading.
• Ideally a working knowledge of the principles of multi asset markets.
• Experience of managing and delivering multiple projects.
• Experience of presenting complex concepts to large business groups.
• Experience of high value P&L responsibility.
