Create and institute marketing campaigns and promotions through various ATL and BTL activities.
Plans and oversees the organization’s advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
Responsible for creating product catalogues, flyers, danglers, design boards, mega uni-poles and all in-store and other marketing communications materials.
Work closely with Visual Merchandising Team to provide the look and feel of the Retail Showrooms as per the standards.
Drive all necessary marketing initiatives and activate new showroom launches.
Direct and work closely with external advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.
Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy and formulation to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Hire, motivate, lead, make performance appraisals, provide career path and growth opportunities for the Marketing Team members.
Generate and analyze all marketing activity reports.
