Job Description
This position is for an Arabic speaking culturally sensitive Marketing Manager with deep understanding of the online games environment and the marketing requirements of online products, with focus on games.
This position entails excellent knowledge of branding, online and offline marketing,market intelligence and research and user acquisition and monetization techniques.
This role requires an active thinker with passion to games and social media andonline advertisement.
This position is in Abu Dhabi ( No relocation)
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of digital mediaexperts, analysts and offline marketers.
- B2C responsibility to build a shortand long term strategies for user acquisition through online and offline means.
- B2B responsibility by leadingbusiness initiatives to expand the user base through partnerships andsponsorships.
- Establisha distribution strategy for company products across MENA region using aninternal team of offline distributors.
- Workwith distribution companies and affiliates to ensure availability of companyproducts through distribution deals, values added programs, product bundling inboth online and offline mediums.
- Crossfunctional responsibility with the design team to properly position the companyas the leading provider of online games in the MENA region.
- Maintainand analyze market information related to competition, pricing, new trends,etc.
Desired Skills & Experience
Required Skills
- Hands on experience with digital media and onlineadvertisement techniques.
- Demonstratedexperience with social media initiatives
- Demonstratedexperience in building relationships and negotiating partnership deals withrelated market players in the digital arena, ranging from ISPs, telcos, onlinemedia publishers, to print media and event organizers.
- Excellent analyticalskills.
- Previousweb design experience or demonstrated knowledge will be an advantage.
Other Requirements
- Education:Minimum of bachelor’s degree.
- Excellentcommunication skills in Arabic and English.
