Our client is a market leading Consumer Durables business providing a variety of products globally. Due to significant growth over the last couple of years throughout the MENA region, with a T/O in excess of $300Mill and a target to double this over the next five years they are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
* Based in KSA you will report to the Country Manager and will be fully accountable for the Marketing and channel marketing activities across the region. KSA is a major growth area and you will play an integral role in taking the business to the next level.
* Responsible for the achievement of the quarterly and yearly agreed annual sales budgets by Distributor/country and brand.
* Define, initiate, recommend, plan, produce and implement Marketing strategies in line and as agreed with the Country Manager.
* Ensure marketing budget control and accuracy.
* Give input to the budget process to evaluate and secure adequate resources for channel marketing activities and develop new markets whilst driving existing markets / regions.
* Liaison and coordinating projects with colleagues in other departments in regards to channel marketing activities.
* Monitoring of competitors marketing activities
* Manage, agree and execute individual brand strategies that achieve brand distribution and display targets using category management principles within distributor base.
* Develop, implement, monitor and execute a cost-effective annual promotional plan by key distributors, which increases volume and in-store visibility in line with brand requirements and channel objectives.
* Develop and nurture personal contacts with all clients but also with key opinion leaders and key decision makers within the market.
* Overall you will be an extremely credible and results orientated sales professional with the drive and desire to take the business to the next level.

Requirements:
· You will be an experienced FMCG Brand Manager / Marketing Manager who has a proven track record of delivering sustainable results through strategic marketing initiatives with the ability to drive the business forward and develop the marketing function.

* You will ideally have some Trade Marketing experience and will be able to initiate, recommend, plan, produce, implement and follow up the channel marketing program for branding, promotions, sell-through activities, incentives, product launches through channels (retail and indirect channels)
