Responsible for the day to day management of Premium brands as Marketing Manager.
• Responsible for the development of marketing strategies and plans to drive business growth and build brand equity, as well as provide the vision and overall strategic direction for all CRM (Consumer Relationship Marketing) efforts. In addition, will execute integrated marketing programs for all key events and launches and provide brand direction.
• In addition travel around the countries to ensure our product is properly merchandised, available at competitive pricing.
• Manage the performance and activities of the Branch Brand Manager/s who will report to this position. Provide the right level of coaching and direction to ensure that they are successful in meeting and exceeding the expectations of their role. Responsible for all management tasks.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing plans to drive business growth, including advertising, promotion, point-of-sale tactics and activation plans.
• Ensuring marketing plans are updated and refined if required in response to change in business or sales strategies / Direction as well as key stakeholder feedback
• Fully accountable for ensuring those quarterly developed marketing plans are implemented flawlessly, with good quality and to agreed time-frames.
• Work closely with advertising, PR and research agencies, and be expected to make important contributions to both strategy and tactical development.
• Develop strategies & plans to support product launches
• Conduct trade and consumer analysis.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, MBA preferred.
• 6 – 8 years track record in FMCG Brand Management is essential.
• Proven track record in development/execution of strategic marketing plans.
• Numerically orientated and commercially astute, to interpret and assess research data.
• Excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project Management & Project Planning capability.
