Role Summary:
• To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives and fulfill executive management’s requirements for the profitable expansion and growth of the company share of the market
• Overall supervision and control of all activities undertaken by Marketing Department to ensure the Brand is properly represented to customers/ potential customers
• Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• To manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
• To develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products and propositions
Duties:
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results
• Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
• Develop pricing and proposition strategy
• Liaison with media and advertising
Skills
• Minimum 5 years experience in retail industry (Consumer Electronic, Telecom & Services Retail) .
• Ability to understand the impact of operational decisions on organizational initiatives.
• Ability to work cross functionally during the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
