Accountable for:
• Assist in preparing plans, executing and following up on the implementation of the Bank’s marketing programs as directed, in line with the Bank’s strategy and product initiatives
• Requesting and following up on market research needs as requested (business and country), to be performed by Market Research team
• Implementing and monitoring the Policies and Procedures, standards and guidelines of Marketing while adhering to Branding standards and strategy
• Properly manage the workflow the of assigned areas (such as countries & products), meeting deadlines while taking priorities and the department’s workflow as a whole
• Monitoring and enforcing SLA’s (internal and external) and coordinating evaluations as needed
• Act as Account Manager / sole point of contact for countries assigned between the Bank and the Agency (such as brochures, posters, ads, events, branch needs) in coordination with External Communication
Key Roles:
• Prepare comprehensive, accurate and precise briefs for all the marketing and promotions plans / tactics required for countries / products / campaigns assigned
• Manage initiatives from the beginning (formulation) to end (execution)
• Assist in preparing annual calendar of initiatives (campaigns and research) and related budgets
• Coordinate with external agencies the day-to-day production of material
• Review & check English / Arabic copy for all marketing material in coordination with Corporate Communication
• Coordinate with respective Product Managers at RBG & Marketing Officers in the areas.
• Handle all logistics relating to the development and distribution of the material on a timely basis to the distribution network as advised by the Assistant Marketing Manager
• Evaluate cost estimates and media plans from agencies / suppliers against rate cards
• Handle estimate & expense tracking & approval process
• Prepare regional marketing spend reports per product.
• Ensure consistency, relevance and quality of communications messages and creative concepts, with minimum localization as needed
• Monitor impact of campaigns and prepare post campaign analysis
• Prepare post-activity analysis for all events, exhibitions and sponsorships
• Monitor and report on competitors’ marketing, media and product activities across markets assigned, supported by Market Research team
• Manage SLA between the Bank and the Agency, and prepare monthly / quarter evaluations
• Handle all approvals required for expenses
• Ensure all forms are standardized and follow relevant templates and branding
Skills
• Experience: 2 years in leading financial institution or agency or a similar position, preferably in an international bank / company.
• Competencies:
o Fluent in English & Arabic (written and verbal – French a plus)

Education
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or related field; Masters / MBA is a plus
