The Marketing Team of MEA Region is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
Your tasks include (but are not limited to):
? The MEA Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for the deployment of the regional Market Planning Process, including cross discipline, cross-functional integration and enabling of Marketing tools and infrastructure on the field of Marketing Communications & IMC (e.g. non Product Marketing).
? Will be accountable in driving the implementation of appropriate measurement systems for the collection/reporting of defined marketing metrics, and ensures operational linkages with the appropriate functions. Ensuring the appropriate marketing organization model and structure is in place to support business/marketing strategy, business goals and operational efficiency.
? Key areas of responsibility: MEA Budgeting, Alliance funding & Regional marketing management & planning coordination.
• Give guidance & direction to countries working in close relation with the Business Unit
• Drive Country segment Marketing plans
Works closely with MEA Marketing team and country marketing and sales teams.

? Analyzes the requirements, assesses opportunities of the geography within the relevant field and anticipates any potential exposures or determines their impact on assigned marketing programs.

? Influences executive management when dealing with complex issues concerning business plans.
? Has the responsibility for leading multi-functional teams within the geography Impact on Business/Scope
? Is held accountable for the results of projects or programs that impact the elements of the field in geography.
? All assigned projects and programs are subject to established business measurements and use quality principles in the development of all assignments.
? Influences marketing management planning sessions. Reporting line:
? Direct report to the Marketing Lead MEA region
Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business, and 3-5 years related marketing experience
• Strong experience within the IT Business and the ability to drive sales with creative marketing ideas and strategies
• Solid understanding of brand strategy and its relationship to the overall customer experience
• Robust analytical abilities and experience with interpreting large amounts of customer and financial data
• Strong Business and Process orientation
• Highly motivated and result oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Take initiative
• Good Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Business English is a requirement, Arabic language capabilities (are preferred)
• Travel around 30%
Experience:
Candidate should have managed marketing operations across the region, have experience of all aspects of marketing and direct marketing, interactive communications and sales enablement in a multi language environment. Good understanding of the IT Market. A track record in delivering measurable marketing is desirable.
