A fashion retailer requires a Marketing Coordinator to support its Marketing department. Must have marketing experience within the retail fashion industry.
The main functions of the role include:
Marketing and PR
Plan, develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy in association with the Marketing Manager
Conduct market research and customer surveys
Work with external Agencies, Media and Principals
Organize PR events (i.e. interviews, brand promotions)
Monitoring the brand image in various media channels and analyze brand position
Prepare press releases and press packs
Create reports on marketing spend
Assist with concept development, layout for design and production of marketing materials
Administration and Coordination
Manage and analyze data
Maintain and update databases
Coordinate with all internal parties to ensure accurate completion of all required paperwork – shipping documents, order confirmations, invoices
Organize and follow up shipment orders
Ensure a timely delivery of required marketing materials
Maintain an up-to-date Retail calendar on a seasonal basis
Internal Communications
Assist with the design and development of internal communication processes
Create Brand awareness within the Company
Collate and share Market research data with the management team
