Our client, customer-friendly communications provider, offers you great value, pleasingly different service and excellent quality is currently seeking to recruit Marketing Product Manager – Fixed Voice ServicesJob Purpose Launch and manage and develop Fixed Voice products including but not limited to VOIP (WiMAX), Carrier Select and Prepaid Calling cards Develop related post and pre paid voice bundles and products for consumer market which will enable the company to become the preferred supplier of fixed consumer services Identify and implement a range of voice related CPE'sDevices and solutions to best support the product portfolio Liaise with the IT and Network departments to secure a successful implementation of the agreed product roadmapSpecific You will develop, launch and manage fixed voice services to meet or exceed targets as per the business case. Post-launch you will have full PandL responsibility with annual budgetary revenue and ARPU targets. In addition, you may be required to manage staff assigned to the Fixed Voice product group.Main Tasks and Responsibilities You will analyze market and competitive insight as a basis for the positioning and design of a highly competitive product portfolio, and develop, maintain and control detailed specifications for new fixnet products and services. You will work with the technical teams to generate design documents and processes, co-ordinate implementation of products between network and IT, customer service and suppliers to ensure a launch on time, in budget and to specifications.You will develop and implement pricing strategy for your products, perform sales and customer service training (train the trainer), provide input for user guides etc. You will make sure that a comprehensive set of business rules, activation forms, welcome packs, price and product sheets and FAQ are available in due time for launchYou will conduct UAT to ensure all requirements from the user perspective are deployed and manage the go-to-market process. Following the launch, you will monitor product performance in terms of uptake usage and customer satisfaction and make changes as necessary.
