Develops research plans to address business objectives.

Manages research priorities and track spending to achieve budget.
*
Ensures full utilization of existing research information through data mining & integration of knowledge across diverse areas of consumer & marketplace research.

Design, execute and analyze research to deliver Consumer Insights that will drive business strategies and tactics.

Develop Business Knowledge to Provide Added Value to Key Business Partners

Leads the development of broad-based business knowledge and knowledge databases.
*
Creates and establishes a foundation to provide business managers with a constant pulse on industry trends/issues important to the business. Fosters strong cross-functional relationships and integration of knowledge.

Competitive Intelligence
*
Provides in-depth information about competitive forces and identify critical opportunities for growth. Directs secondary and competitive market intelligence research projects to provide strategic insight to business partners.
*
Identifies key industry trends impacting business and translate into strategic recommendations to capitalize on business opportunities. Identifies strengths/weaknesses/opportunities of strategic importance to ENOC

Customer Satisfaction
*
Reviews and fully comprehends all aspects and phases of the customer satisfaction results for each BU and department.
*
Effectively communicates customer satisfaction results to BUs, tailored to the specific audiences / departments that will drive change within the organization.
*
Promotes ongoing usage of the data within the BUs and provide guidance to users of the data to ensure appropriate interpretation.
*
Consistently engages the BU in the Customer Satisfaction Program throughout the process in order to maximize the value of the program to each organization.
*
Identifies, shares, and creates best practices with the BU related to the Customer Satisfaction Program.
*
Assists the BUs in defining additional needs and scoping future research, as opportunities arise, that would allow them to leverage the Corporate program.
*
Provide project management support for primary research projects.
