Handling Marketing Research
Assisting the Departmental Head in Marketing Research activities and Marketing information needs, such as -
a) Research Market trends
b) Conduct focus group sessions
c) Research needs of the Market
d) Research customer profiles
e) Conduct telephone interviews
f) Research prosperity to purchase
g) Collecting and analysing market information on competitor products, sales, advertising etc.

Skills
• University degree
• 1-3 years of Marketing experience
• Technical competence (understand SAP ERP basis)
• Marketing Management ( Products, Brand, Communication, Pricing, Distribution etc).
• Monitoring competitor activity.
• Maintaining and updating mailing databases.
• Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
• Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
• Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
• Fluent English.
• Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
