Summary:
Manage sales and marketing strategy and execution.
Sales:
Define the overall sales strategy and sales force deployment plan.
Provide input and market insights into the strategic, business, and budget planning processes.
Manage sales targets setting for the sales organization at the SBU, account team and salesperson level.
Lead the sales planning, target setting and ongoing sales performance monitoring processes (national and International).
Support sales and marketing teams during annual negotiations, business pitches and on an ongoing basis
Establish Sales allowance policies and ensure compliance with commercial and administrative policies, e.g., commissions.
Act as a an escalation point for major client negotiations or barter deals.
Manage non-technical customer service activities.
Manage key accounts across SBU and ensure single point of contact (definition/ownership based on volumes)
Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans, including
- Trade promotion and product positioning
- Advertising strategies / budget / allocation
- Consumer promotion strategies / budget / allocation
- List pricing and pricing strategies
Drive/Guide/Support SBU Planning and Business Development Department based on market research/requirements regarding SBU-related new business opportunities, including new market expansion
Drive/guide QA in product development based on market research/requirements, and marketing & sales strategy
Skills
• 3-5 years experience in similar position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
• English written and speaking.
• Computer literate.
