Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager and Business Development Director. This role entails leading a team to provide planning, scheduling, selling and logistics functions for the products which supply the Gulf Region. Working closely with global and regional demand and supply team. Also working with global marketing team for both direct and indirect sales. During the start up phase with Pigments the successful candidate will support the regional and marketing director with regards to developing and implementing the work strategy. Controlling and managing the entire operation of sales activities. Check, analyze and ascertain all specifications. Managing the sales team. Coordinate and offer better product mix for the region.
Skills
Degree in Chemistry or Chemical engineering or Business Administration.5 years minimum relevant experience in Makreting and Sales or technical service with 3 years plus in a supervisory role. A strong leader, results orientated, and self motivated. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Must possess technical knowledge on application of paint, coatings, ink or plastics. Good English and Arabic skills ESSENTIAL. Ideally aged 25-35 years.
