Job purpose
Work with corporate marketing to support retention by establishing loyalty generation programs and working closely with the accounts relationship team
Main accountabilities
1. Develop a sustainable communications program addressed to various segments of relationship management – clients (DMU / GS) and the general membership.
a. Printed and electronic communications on current or new services
b. Create interactive modules on product features and benefits to guide members
c. Conduct with Relationship Team- focus groups for clients / members
d. Develop, maintain and distribute educational and health & wellbeing newsletters for clients and members
e. Work with Marketing Officer in analyzing research and survey results in formulating recommendations on business renewal / retention.
2. Develop and run a loyalty program for corporate accounts
a. Run a long-term, efficient and cost effective loyalty programs focused on DMUs
b. Create communications promoting the loyalty program
c. Come up with programs, ie workshops and seminars to support main loyalty program
d. Measure effectiveness of program and recommend changes if needed
3. Special events management
a. Take the lead in arranging traditional and special corporate sales events, ie Ramadan and Iftar functions
b. Work closely with corporate marketing team in branding event venues
c. Prepare program and other collaterals of all corporate sales events
d. Book speakers, arrange flights and liaise with venue contact
4. Customize corporate major account requirements
a. Lead in the development of customized event, program, campaign or project for selected major accounts as requested by relationship management team
b. Work closely with relationship team and clients in implementation of customized programs
c. Measure effectiveness of each programs that can be re-used or altered for other major accounts
5. Make recommendations and courses of actions on corporate marketing areas (branding, distribution, etc) based on results of market research, surveys or gathered intelligence.
6. Liaise and coordinate with various business units on requests such as advice on external communication, simple communication designs, and inputs in presentations, as may be requested from other departments from time to time.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related field.
2. Excellent English speaker, Arabic is a must
3. Able to travel on a routine basis
4. Self motivated and energitic
5. Problem solver and orginized
6. Punctual
