The Marketing Team Leader is responsible for providing instructions and guidance to the marketing team to keep them motivated towards achieving the set goals of the department by raising the brand awareness and driving traffic to the stores. .Develops plans and implements promotional programs to publicize and promote various activities, events and/or items, as well as establishes methods for increasing participation in such programs.Monitors and reviews regularly the performance of the marketing, corporate communication and graphic design teams so that any problem is rectified and any potential cost/revenue opportunity is capitalized in a timely manner.Maintains awareness of best practice techniques and tools in the area of marketing management so that the department continues to deliver planned marketing initiatives in a timely manner.Liaises with Brand Managers, Country Managers, franchisors and media suppliers to ensure proper planning, implementation and monitoring of marketing activities.Ensures brand images standards of advertising and marketing are adhered to at all times.Assists in recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.Conducts market trips to ensure proper support to the countries and enhances self market knowledge..Bachelors degree in Marketing or equivalent.
