Partner with Region CSE and Global CSEs to ensure proper delivery resourcing and prioritization to meet business needs
Organize resources and manage Onshore Country Delivery Leaders within Region
Manages Region engagement with Global Operation and Data Acquisition teams
Be regional escalation touch point on deliverables with regional and global teams with regional interests, offshore delivery, and practice transformation for processes / methods issues
Work with the Global Delivery and Practice Transformation teams to converge processes, methods, and applications on optimized best practices
Participate in talent development of Onshore Delivery, aligning with global Delivery and Practice Transformation on talent development goals


B.S. or B.A. in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field, preferably Master Degree
10 + years of quantitative analysis work experience of which 7+ years in a managerial role
Strong management skills with 5+ years of managing multiple teams simultaneously
Working knowledge of SAS, SQL and database structures
Ability to execute research projects, and translate the results into operational or analytical solutions to problems
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams
Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel while managing and meeting changing deadlines and priorities
Experience in handling, manipulating and analyzing data
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to document work and effectively prioritize documentation
Ability to balance technical, marketing and business perspectives
Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
Be able to work in an individual and/or team setting
